Additional Information:

Ticket Policies: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is a rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.

Special Seating: Persons in wheelchairs and other requiring non-step seating should advise the Box Office when ordering tickets. Upon your arrival at the theatre, our house manager is available to assist with seating.

Assistive Listening Devices: Through a generous gift from the NEA, assistive listening devices are available free of charge. The house manager will be happy to supply them to you.

Gift Certificates: Available in any amount at the Tickets by Box Office, by calling (518) 445-SHOW or on the website.
Privacy Protected: We value the privacy of our customers. We do not sell any of your personal information.

Restrooms: Two unisex facilities are located on the main floor (handicap accessible). Additional restrooms are located on the lower level.
The Cafe: Beverages and snack items are available before the performance and during intermission.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Doctors and Patrons On Call: Please leave your pager or cellular phone and seat location with the house manager so we may locate you if you are called.

Small Children: We ask that children under age six not be brought to the theatre, except by special arrangement with the house manager.

Latecomers: Will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.

Emergency Exits: Please note the nearest exit upon taking your seat. All exits are marked by lighted red EXIT signs. In the event of an emergency, please move to the nearest exit in a calm and orderly fashion. Theatre personnel will guide you.

Please note: Cameras, audio and video equipment, cellular phones, paging devices, babes-in-arms, food and drink are strictly prohibited in the theatre.
