James Joyce's The Dead
Adapted by Richard Nelson
March 13 - April 5, 2009

Called "enchanting" by The New York Times, this adaptation of James Joyce's best known story from The Dubliners fills the stage with traditional Irish music that could "wake the dead," sung a played by a potpourri of characters at Aunt Julia's annual Christmas party. New and old loves emerge to remind us all that life is to be lived in the moment, that love is precious, and memory is as strong as the heart that bears it.
